  • Customers opt in on the booking form at https://sparklecleaning.app/request by entering a phone number and checking an explicit SMS consent checkbox.
  • The SMS checkbox is unchecked by default and requires user action.
  • Cleaners opt in through cleaner profile settings in the Sparkle app.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. Users can book without SMS consent.
  • Consent is not transferred, sold, or shared for third-party marketing.
